Cultural Climate Surveys
Under the leadership of the Vice President, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Chief Diversity Officer, an effective collaboration was forged with the Office of Assessment and Decision Support to administer a series of cultural climate surveys to students, staff, academic administrative professionals and faculty.
These studies enable the university to gain insight into the experiences of all of our community members in order to support a diverse and inclusive campus environment.
