Our Mission
The mission of the LGBTQ+ ERG is to foster an inclusive and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies at Georgetown University. In support of Georgetown’s commitment to the common good and well-being of all, we strive for open communication and aim to build connections across the various Georgetown communities & campuses. We stand in solidarity with the other ERGs, acknowledging the intersectional nature of diversity and identity.
