Latin Employee Resource Group
Mission Statement
The LatinERG will seek to provide tangible support at Georgetown University where Latine employees and allies will share, develop and thrive through community to build a formal, collective voice that is heard by leadership, resulting in enhanced cultural awareness, inclusivity, employee engagement, and effective systemic change-making.
Through our different faiths, cultures, and beliefs, we will commit to being a diverse space that values commitment to justice and embodying cura personalis – a profound care and responsibility for one another.
